I Understand that there are two different trains of thought on taking clen . The first one is two weeks on and two weeks off with the thought that you need to increase the dosage to continue to get results and the off on is the "increase". Supposedly there is no evidence that this actually works. Does anyone here swear by this method?
The other thought is that you increase the dosage through the cycle.
Clen is not to be used in the place of diet and should be used for the 5 lbs of weight that needs to come off.
From the above, if you were taking clen consistantly and increasing the dosage, why would you want a cycle more than 4 weeks long?
I know that i am missing some details.
