I am doing winny 50mged and clen and starting t-3 this week! I had lowered my sugar alot during clen and winny but I am planning to do t-3 and I am afraid of muscle catabolism so I was thinking about increasing sugar and increase protien from 200grams to 300 grams! is this good enough to minimize muscle catabolism? do u really need to lower your sugar on t-3 to loose fat? I read everywhere bodybuilders take about 400 cal on t-3 but I am only going on research and not experience!
