    First Cycle Advice

    Hello,

I weight 137 and I'm 5'9 I'm 30 years old and I have been cutting weight to an unhealthy point I was 167 2 months ago.. I have decent definition but I can't gain muscle and expose my abs although my pincher says 8-10% BF.

    I am about to start..

Tren E , Test and Anavar

With a high protein diet and up my lifting before I was fasting most days.

Any advise I just want serious abs.

That was a very unhealthy cut for starters. If you are disciplined enough to cut 30lbs in 60 days you can put the muscle on with that same driving force. You obviously need to learn how to eat properly wether your cutting or bulking. AAs will do nothing for you if you can't eat right fix your nutrition first!!

I think you need to build up - your very light - which with the dramatic strength gains your tendons and ligaments are very weak - tearing etc pops -

And Tren on your first cycle?!?! Drop all and run a test only cycle w/proper diet and training!

Welcome to the forum! This probably isn't what you want to hear but you aren't ready for a cyle. At 5'9'' you should have no problem getting to 170-180 lbs naturally. You need to learn how to eat to grow. Do you know your TDEE? How long have you been training? Posing up your diet in the diet forum would be more helpful than AAS. Besides if you can't reach goals naturally then any growth you experience on AAS will be lost post cycle. First cycle should be test only.

You have much room to grow naturally! You've already been at 170 just not how you want to look... Diet/cardio/and a good training program will yield better results than a cycle at this time!

The only magic that happens is when your diet and training are all on point(i know I just got my diet kinda dialed in w/tweaks to be made) but w/that said I was able to have a very successful cycle(the most successful by far)...

We have a great diet section along w/everything possible you will need to know
GL on you journey(try dialing in your diet and training for an extended consistent period)...

Yes, def gain weight BEFORE you do AAS. And if and when you ever start your 1st cycle, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS run a Test-only cycle. You don't know how your body will respond to Test!! And if you added other stuff, how would you know which gear is causing what?????
