I'm 39 5'11 199 12.7 BF. I'm wanting to run testE 500mg and deca 400mg weekly. I have adex, stane, for AI and clomid and nolva for pct. I'm new to this and want to be sure I have the proper ancillaries before I start my cycle.

How long would you like to run your cycle? If this is your first cycle I would do the test by it self for 10 to 12 weeks at 500. You will get some good gains leave deca for your second cycle so you can see how ur body reacts to the test

This is my second cycle. I ran testE for 10 weeks. I've been off for 12 weeks just had BW. I want to have beneficial gains from deca . What's the full cycle for deca? I will run accordingly. Deca 12w and testE 14w correct?

I remember doing deca and sus on my second cycle I did deca at 300 and sus at 500 a week. Ran the sus 16 weeks and deca 12. I gained alot of mass was awesome. You will get some awesome gains just make sure to run hcg and an Ai through out cycle and pct run clomid and nolva
