Clen question

I have read that you can take it post cycle, or you can take it during a cycle.

My friend was doing winny and clen together and got descent results. I was thinking of trying the same or is it better to wait until post cycle to start with the clen?

Some claim it is good to run post cycle to help retain gains. Is there scientific evidence proving this

you can run it in your cycle if thats what you want to do. All depends on your goals and. Persoanlly Winny only cycle with just clen is a bust. I would add some test in there.

I agree with abstack in that a winny only cycle will not be very productive. IMO no cycle is complete without test. I take clen thoughout my cycles 2wks on/ 2wks off and I time so that I'll be taking it when I start my post cycle clomid. The clen acts an anti-catabolic.

sorry if i confused you guys... I was using my buddies cycle as an example of running clen during an AAS cycle. I am planning on something with eq and now test after talking to a few people.

I was just wondering if it would hinder gains by doing it during and things along those lines.

For the majority of people who have done it post cycle do you notice that it helps in sustaining your gains or is that a few and far between type of deal.
