PCT is not needed on TRT. Ever.
Why not take a break, go back to your normal TRT dose, make sure BW is good and then consider your next adventure?

I didn't mean PCT in the traditional sense i meant just taking a break minus the elevated compounds. How long would you recommend me chill out for?

Yes take a break. You still dont want to run a lot of compounds for long period of time.

That question is always debatable. Nothing wrong with a few cycles per year. I would always base your decisions on full BW.
