    winstrol question

    hey, i was wondering if taking winny by itself is effective at all? I've heard different users on this board saying it is, and others saying it doesnt give results on its own,

    what would be a good cycle using winny to get cut up fast?

    Winny is not a waste by itself you will make gains but they will be very small. I would run a test/winny cycle if it's your first. Diet, training, and cardio will be the factor if you get cut up or not

    I have made good gains with winny only but I won't deny that winny/test would be better then winny alone. IMO if you don't have diet in serious check and cardio at max and training at max u may be dissappointed.

    winny/prop would kick ass

    I think it all depends on what you are looking for. I think a winny (by itself) cycle can work if you eat right and train hard. I will also agree with CHIN and say that stacked with test would only make it that much better. The gains that I have seen from winny only are good but not great. Remember many athletes swear winny only is the way to go, so I think it is all up to the user.

    My brother started winny a couple of weeks ago before starting his test since I sent him the winny first and he was just to impatient to wait.

    Well he put on 7lbs in the first week on winny alone. Mind you this is from a guy that had to take 2 months off from working out due to a detached cornea and I'm sure that muscle memory and a sudden increase in calories had a big role in the matter.

    I always get good results too when I throw winny into the mix. I just started again and I've been getting a bit leaner slowly and my weight is staying constant.

    from what i've read, alot of the guys on this board don't recommend a winny only cycle unless your body fat is low - like under 10%, but I have seen some guys get real good results off just winny

    If your going to do the winny, add the test. For replacment purposes at least. Also, the retension from the Test will aid a bit in the joint aches(allthough Prop won't provide much)
