    First Cycle

    Hi All hope your all good

    I'm starting my first Cycle of Test E at the end of this month and I'm wanting to run this over 10 weeks reason been is I want to finish my PCT before my Kilimanjaro Climb.

    I'm going to do 500ml of Test E each week and was thinking about 250ml of Decca with this each week.

    Question.
    Can I use both of these together for my First Cycle or should I just stick with the Test E ?

    Any help would be appreciated thanks guys.

    I replied in your diet thread. I think you should shelve this idea, I suspect you are nowhere near ready.

    Ok so scrap the Cycle and get down to 15%.

    Would a 40/40/20 work for my Macros ?

    Thanks for the help again feel like I'm going around in circles trying to get my body fat down I'm just getting inpatient and want to start a cycle.

    when ready:
    stick with test only
    run test 12-14wks minimum (in my opinion)
    use an AI on cycle
    whats your PCT plan?

    I was going to run
    Nov 60/40/20
    Clo 250/100/50

    But I'm still having problems with my Body fat so looks like I'm on hold again I thought I was down enough to 19% start a cycle but still no joy Back to Black helping with my Nutrition hopefully he can spot some problems in the program's I was giving thanks for the reply.

    Good decision on dropping the cycle.

    You dont need it. Climbing the kilimanjaro you would lose any gains anyways and give you more weight to carry.
