should I be expecting something soon? test e

Test e 350mg/ml twice a week. First 3 weeks I noticed agression, sex drive through the roof. Week 4 and 5 agression subsided sex drive still good to go, strength gains and maybe about 8lbs of water weight (I say water weight because still nobody notices me getting any bigger). Just pinned my first week 6 shot, when are these muscle gains going to kick in? Am I close?

I'm sorry I know this question is asked 1000 times a day I just figured since it is different for everyone if I gave you my background you could give me a better perspective

Were you expecting to wake up one morning and boomm! ???

Steroids are not magic pills. You are still required to do the work, in the gym and in the kitchen.

    Building muscles takes time dude...

Steroids put you in a better environment to build and repair muscle tissue, they wont suddenly produce muscle tissue gains. If you want to build bigger thicker muscles then this starts in the gym so look at your training routine and also your diet because without the right foods and enough of it you wont build anything no matter what you take.

You have to do the hardwork, steroids don't do the hardwork for you

No never thought any of that. My gym routine and diet Is on par. I am not just taking testostorone and then doing forarm excersises to pron. I've heard many people on this forum talk about gaining 15 lbs of muscle on week 5 or 6 so I guess this is where my expectations got warped. I guess I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and wait. Thanks for your response

When anyone says they gained 15lbs of muscle on week 5 or 6 they are usually corrected and told that most of it is water weight.

that's what everyone thinks when they come here looking for help is that there diet and training are right on...usually after they visit the diet and nutrition forum and break it down with the great peeps who frequent it they find out that in fact it wasn't and that's what was holding them back...or it could be there training after laying there workout routine for someone to look over again it may have been the weak link in the chain...keep an open mind when someone gives advise because most here have your best interest in mind...good luck and give it more time, it sound as though your gear is good so look at the other parts of the equation...

Ok thanks for the advice. I didn't mean to come off rude if that's how it sounded. I'll look into my diet and training routine more

It's too much for a first cycle. 500mg per week is more than enough.

5'10 and 175lbs indicates you might well need dietary help. Post up your muscle gain diet plan.

When I began BB, I was 11 stone and 6'2. The first time I trained I couldn't move my arms for a week after.

Then I got into it properly - 10 eggs for breakfast and bowl of porridge, whole chicken for dinner, 2 x tins of tuna and pasta or steak and potatoes plus 2 shakes a day. I was on a course of Androlic orals only - with no pct which left me with tits - so had gyno surgery.

I trained hard, ate hard and the results over the first 12 months were Unbelievable.

People say diet is important, but it is so difficult to maintain a correct diet when bulking or cutting.

When you see these guys training in the gym with the type of bods you are aiming for, do not underestimate the hard work they put in with there diet (the hard part) and the hours of training (relatively easy compared to keeping a strict diet).

    This is hard work.
I've been training almost 20 years and I am still learning. I am now 18 stone with moderate to low bf, but I am aiming for 20 stone. The goal posts always change when each goal is met.

How many grams are in a cup of oats? How about the chicken beasts, 150grs, 200? How much brown rice and sweet potato?

    How many calories per day?

I'm sorry to go against the grain here, but as I mentioned earlier the diet is the hardest part of getting in shape.

It is very difficult for someone who has an 8-5 job with 2 hours travel a day to worry about grams and macros, esp if they have a family.

Eat sensibly, consume around 3,500 calories at least a day with a good percentage of GOOD protein and GOOD carbs and you can't go far wrong as long as you are putting the effort in at the gym.

Weighing your food (to me personally) is rather a time consuming and a sad existence.

I've bulked up, cut up and everything in between and I've never measured an ounce of my food.

I know if I want to get bigger I consume more and if I want to cut I survive on brocolli, chicken, fish and rice.

I guess I can say what everyone else has said, but yeah diet sometimes we believe is in check and it really isnt, training as well, you have to go harder than what you could and the juice "assists" with this only.

Now your doing 700 a week, either check the juice or something is definitely wrong, cause for my first cycle i did 400/week second cycle even less 350/week, and I blew up by week 5 I was getting noticed, family friends etc commenting on how much bigger i was looking. And ill be honest being new my diet or training wasnt in check, and while it wasn't magic it still helped considerably. So your gear might also be the culprit.

Since ive learned to get the most, i have corrected myself

500/wk should be more then good for you. I just came off a 12wk cycle and I can assure you Test is NOT a miracle drug that will leave you ripped looking like steel. It increased my bench by 50-60pds, built up muscle around prior injuries making them more tolerant and I filled out my shirts more with bigger arms, chest and back. Honestly, the majority of people didn't notice and a few did. So, it sounds like it is doing what it is supposed to be doing. I went from 205lbs to 220lbs. After PCT dropped back down to around 208-210. I am 50yo. 6'3". Test is just a spoke in the wheel.
