    Shoulder pinched / muscle imbalance

Posted this on tranning/injury section but nobody awsner yet so ima post it here

Im 2 weeks in test deca cycle. I had shoulder burisitis/ impigmantion for 2 years do to rounded shoulder/ week back lower trap and etc bad posture... Anyways i did rest last year and 2 months therapy didnt help . This year did 3 months rest and 3 months therapy , only helped a little. I have been really concentrating in my posture and stuff . Anyways my shoulder still pinches on the front top when i raise arm above head facing forward. Im hopeing that this cycle will releave my pain a little and that i can concentrate on working out my rotator cuff muscles while on cycle and my back muscles with a 1 to 2 ratio of push and pull exercises. Good ideia or not? Putting more mass on quick to fix the underlying issue thats causing pain? Doing 12 week deca-14 week test e (300mg week+ 500mg week) and yes i got all my pct and ais and hcg .

I had a very similar problem, and I went to an occupational therapist. I will post a pic of the exercise he made me do. He also recommended that I started to wear a shirt called intelliskin. They are designed to fixed posture and muscle imbalances. You can fin them on amazon for lime 70 dollars, they usually run around 100. I have 2 and they are great. I think it was one of the biggest parts of my rehab. I couldnt bench more than 65 pounds before due to the pain. I have a slight flare up rigt now, but its getting better.

here are most of the exercise I did

there are a few more I will see if I can find pics of them.

if you have access to one of the round rolls of foam found at most gyms. Lay on it with it running the length of your spine. The take your arms and make a circle with the tips of your fingers touching each other. From there just move your arms like your doing flys. This helps to stretch the chest muscles. Most of this tyle of problem occurs because the chest muscles are to strong and pull the shoulders forward.

If I can find anything else I will post it, and sorry for the jacked up description its the best I could do.

Avoid all pressing exercise also is a big help. While doing therapy I could do no pressing for almost 2 months. I may have been lucky but with those exercise, the shirt, and no pressing my condition was 100% until about 1 week ago. Im not sure what I did to cause the flare up but it is aggrevating.
