If I can only pick one then it would be milk thistle. But I use milk thistle, ALA, and tyler's.

There have been many other things proven to be much better
rALA, Tylers, Liver 52, NAC, etc
Ive yet to see more than 1 actuall study on MT that showed it beneficial, yes there are many out there but they are on rats that dont even tell the controls and some show the dosage needed to be very effective exceeds the lethal amount.
Nothing beats Tylers, after that Liv. I use MT but in conjunction with ALA(also for carb snesitivity) and either/or the first two stated
