Reputable labs?
Hey all.
New to the forum. I am also about to start my first cycle
24
5'10
180lbs
16% body fat
Workout 6 days a week
Cardio 5 days a week(30min stair climber)
diet on point.
200g protein
150g carbs
60g fat
2225cal per day
The labs I have available are
Bio Optima
Paragon
Spec
Life Science(not yet though, the connection is away for a month on vacation)
My first cycle will be 500mg of t400 once per week for 15 weeks,
Or I may do 250g twice a week of another test.
Nova
arimidex (just in case)
Are the 1st three labs any good? I know life science is good.
I am open to any tips or advise.

I know its not really what you're asking but a couple things I noticed. Your pct needs both clomid and nolvadex run both. Also 2200 cals for your age, height, BF etc is not enough. Your bmr is around 1850 and if your plan is working out 6 days a week that would put your tdee up around 3100. And lbm around 155-160.
You also should run HCG with cycle.

Once im on my cycle, my diet will have to change, and im ready for it.
I didnt know I would need clomid and nova. Why do I need both?
And what does HCG do for me. keep my hormones in tact?

These two questions tell me u need to study brother. Now I know I don't know everything but I do try and research what I'm putting in my body and how it will effect me
Another thing is with ur diet. U should start changing it now. Hold off on the drugs for a couple of months and plan this cycle out property. Get everything u need on hand just in case something fvcks up.
