    Whats optimal E2-levels for BodyBuilders?

    3 weeks after cycle my e2 was just 0.02 (0.02 - 0,11 nmol/L) or 20 ( 20-70 pg/dL ). Ididnt even use an AI. But my test was superlow at that moment and i guess thats why my e2 was at the lowest end of accept.

    But, when i fire it up again, using test and aromasin , where should my e2 be at BW week 5 for best gains, Health and wellbeing?

    Is it best to aim for the low end, the high end or in the middle? Or is it the same as long its in range?

    As long as it's in range with a e2 assay Imo try and keep it in the mid range.

    I prefer around 35, but 25-55 should be fine.

    My sweet spot is between 20 and 25. Seems like best mood, best attitude, good lean gains, no bloat. Below 20 seems like I stay too lean to add any mass although great for the ol abs. And above 50 I can tell before I even pull bloods due to the irritability.
