    Exclamation Need Advice...

    Hello Derek here from Tx. Looking to cycle a few steroids , I`m 30 yr old 5`11 and weight 337. My body fat is 25%, I just started working out again 1 month ago. Anyone recommend what I should cycle to drop fat and build lean muscle? Anavar ? Win? Deca ?

    Hey Derek, welcome to the forum bud. I'd say at this point stay far away for the juice and just take advantage of a strict diet and workout regime for quite a while. With all do respect 5'11" and 337lbs you're well over 25%. The risk isn't worth the reward with those stats in my opinion. Seriously, diet and cardio will be you're best friends. Take it easy so you don't kill yourself and start shedding that weight man!

    Stick with a good diet and keep working hard for now. I wouldn't cycle nothing for awhile.

    Welcome Derek. For best results from using AAS to help get to the goal you want you will need to train 12-18 months and get you bf% down to 15% i know ppl cycle with higher alot higher but this can give you more problems than its worth.
    Your joints tendons ect ect need to get stronger before you start AAS you need to get in to a routine as in training eating.
    Stay around read learn and you will see that this is the best way and have a read in the nutrition section great information/help in there.

    As stated above, get yourself in a routine and get your body primed and under 15% bodyfat. You can run into a lot of problems when cycling with high bodyfat, in truth it doesnt always turn out bad but it certainly aint worth the risk!

    Plenty of subforums here where you can get help with diet and workouts

    You can also do a lot of reading on here and get your knowledge up to scratch on AAS.

    Steroids very bad for being over-weight. The gyno, blood pressure, cholesterol, liver tax...all exaggerated by excess body fat.

    Cardio and diet is a mainstay even when you're cycling, so you may as well master that aspect now, and maximize your initial avenues.

    There are also countless supplements that will help with weight loss/lean mass.

    creatine
    glutamine
    BCAA's
    yohimbine (careful with blood pressure)
    chromium picolinate
    synephrine (again with blood pressure)
    and dozens of others I'm not recalling.

    It takes several years to strengthen the connecting tissues like the ligaments and tendons. AAS can make your muscles really strong in weeks so there can be a disproportionate support to strength ratio in the joints. You can get strong enough to literally tear the tendon right off the bone. That's just the mechanical imbalance in the body can can occur. The chance of you getting gyno is pretty high with your current body fat content. Gyno of pre-cancerous so you don't want to mess around with that stuff. Body fat and AAS just doesn't mix well. The guys here have given you really good advice to lose body fat down to 15%, at least, before you cycle. I totally know its frustrating to wait but getting surgery to remove a lump in your chest is really not worth it. Be patient.

    A cycle won't help you now You will put weight on and you don't need that now.

    The best part about being overweight Is it melts off so quick when you put your body into shock mode.

    Just think that 3500cal is 1 kg so if you cut out 3500cal a week.. You will loose 1kg. Sorry but I hate all this pounds, foot/feet, lbs, miles & inches, I don't understand it. kg, cm, km so easy. Sorry but no way your 25% bf

    So start by adjusting your diet or even stop cravings with a good high protein shake (that's low in carbs & cal) You will notice a massive difference within a month & you don't need to even exercise to notice a difference too lol The fat can diaper just by changing your diet alone. try it and see but if you add a bit of exercise it will go away even faster.


    go to calculator(dot)net add your stats in that and workout all your lbs inches miles pounds feet

    You want my advice? Don't post pictures of friends and family on a steroid forum. Btw ur not 25% bf, diet and exercise there is a great diet and nutrition section on the forum.

    Very bad idea, dangerous. Risks are much higher for you being at that high of a BF%.

    You're in the 40-50% BF range, been there. Got to sub 7% w/o performance enhancing drugs and looked amazing.

    You can too, it all comes down to dedication to diet and training hard. Diet is king though.

    My profile picture is without juice after being close to 50% BF.

    What scotchguard said, you need to strengthen ligaments and connective tissues before you start loading them up with crazy weights and high intensity workouts. Once you get into the routine of a healthy diet, dedicated workout regimen, and have gotten where it would be safe to move to AAS, then do it. Lots of good advice in here!

    Seriously man scramble the faces or something, you never know who is on these boards that may know you.

    I appreciate the advice. I'll wait, I was shocked too when my trainer said that about my body fat. It was 3 months ago and been working out ever since 3-4 days a week. 3 months ago he measured my (back,arm,etc...) and said I was 259.6 muscle and 73.? Fat. Witch I thought wasn't bad as much as I weighted. I just want a boost to loose this fat. I took clenbuterol 10 years ago but but didn't like how i felt. Then I took ephedra and lost 100lbs. But gained it back in the 10 years.

    Go see a doctor and see if you can get some medication for weight loss, If you want a kick start. Not sure if the US has this but see if you can get duromine 40mg. My sisters friend took it and in 30 days she lost 15kg with exercise everyday but the next month she only lost 5kg and the 3rd month only 2kg. It works different on everybody but all it does is tricks your mind not to be hungry.

    Clen , anavar work great, but you still need to cut your bf down before you even start trying steroids .

    If you lost 100lbs with ephedrine and then put it back on over 10 years then id say it was your diet and water intake that needs looked at

    The numbers on the left where from a month ago. Been taking 2 cc 200 of test cyp for low test from the Dr. Guess I'm going to get strict on my diet to loose lbs before other steroids .

    Your on TRT already. Why didn't you mention that! Your doctor will look after you.

    Life is short to be fat and unhappy man.

    When your ready get your hands on some var, Try 50mg am and 50mg pm for 8-10 weeks see how you go.
    BTW F%*K PCT your on TRT Train hard, do cardio & eat clean.

    Thanks man, I'm sure this is a stupid question but what is pct? So after looking at the numbers you think it's safe to take var? Or do I need to still loose more weight naturally?

    Drop the weight & When your ready do as you like, I couldn't care less. But var is good at 75mg-100mg a day
    40mg am then 40mg pm for 8-12weeks.
    Take all your supplements, liver support pills, Creatine, Fish oil, Multi vitamins etc. Eat right, drink heaps of water.

    DO CARDIO
