Sustanon + Equipoise Stack

I got a hold of some sustanon and some equipose but i cant find how to stack it on the site. How should i go about stacking these 2 together. like how many miligrams per week and how often should i take the shots? Thanks for your help

I must of forgotten to mention that the stack is for 6"3 210lbs friend of mine that is 20. and he is a beginner .. never done AS before. thanks for caring tho.

500mg sust and 400mg eq per weeks. Split into 2 shots 250mg sust, 200mg eq per shot. Pick 2 days out of the week to shoot, say monday and thursday...
