Am I ready to cycle again?

Attached is a pic of my bloodwork over the years (month and year stated at top). First column is a few months after my first cycle 5 years ago(didn't get baseline done prior cycle). Second column is my baseline test which was 3.5 years after first cycle. Third column is during my second cycle. Fourth column is about 3 months after second cycle's pct (May 2014). Fifth, sixth, and seventh are all post second cycle checkup bloodwork. Just got the latest results and things have improved but not fully back to normal. Results are: LH 5.2, FSH 1.4, and total test 406.

I'm anxious to get back on cycle, but not sure...
