deca and sust cycle... good??
I am 19 years old... 6'3 , 215 pounds. My current bench is 370 and my squat is 425. This will be only my 2nd cycle. If you could please critique it and tell me if it is a good solid cycle. Week 1-8 will consist of 300 to 350 mg of deca and 250 mg of sustanon . And I will finish up using clomid. Please tell me what you think. thanks!

Hmmm are you sure? I am 22, 6'3 weigh 202 lbs now just cut down from 225lbs from my last bulking cycle. We probably have about the same body type, not to be rude but its kinda hard to belive you can lift that much but ok. You are pretty young to be cycling right now. My 1st was when I was 21. I'm on my 3rd now. My 2nd cycle was a deca and sust cycle and i gained around 50lbs, a lot of fat since my diet was jacked but I still got a lot bigger than I was. What was your first cycle like? -crombie09

first of all i agree you are to young. you should never start roids under the age of 21. but if you want to do it no one can stop you. anyways there are alot worse drugs you can be doing at 19. as for the cycle, i would up the sus to 500-750mgs, but the deca sounds good

Im not lieing about benching 370 and squating 425. Why would I? Anyways I was real serious about football in highschool, so i worked real hard and did all the creatine and stuff. Ive now been lifting for about 5 years Crombie.

deca and sus will give you good gains and strength if you run it at that mg
