Wait let me make sure I'm reading this right...you plan on running Deca for 3 wks? 3 weeks of deca is not going to do squat for you man. If that is really the cycle you have planned then I would highly suggest deleting this post and go research your ass off. Not trying to be a dick here but its obvious little to no effort was put into devising this cycle.
PS give us your age and stats and we can put you on the right track.

I agree with the bro's above. No flame, but that cycle is flawed! You won't see any results from the Deca. The best advise is sloooowwww down, and take the time to research each AS and know exactly what your about to put in your body. Spend a few months on the board doing research and ask questions!

secondly, dropping 16lbs is not gonna be facilitated w/ running gear. if i were you, i'd save your cash, do some research on diests to get your BF% down, and use the money instead on food. winnie is not gonna help you burn BF% for squat. you have to get your BF% low enough to see real results of popping winnie. also, there is no mention of PCT there bro, i highly suggest you use the research button above and look that up for your own safety before using.
