    please help review my cycle

    hey guys, just putting the finishing touches getting everything together for my cycle, ive read many posts on this board just never have posted

    29yo, 5'11, 165lb

    have done two test cycles previously, last 6 months have cut down from 200-165 getting lean about 5 lbs or so to go then I will start

    test E 250mg/twice weekly- week 1-12
    tren E 75mg EOD
    HCG 250iu/twice weekly, week 4-14 I was only able to obtain 5000iu so I'm going to try and stretch it as much as possible
    arimidex .25mg EOD

    PCT clomid 100/50//50/25 weeks 14-18

    I was going to get nolva as well but I have read some recommend some do not so I decided to use just clomid

    Can you post a pic? You seem ridiculously light for your height even before any cycle let alone after 2.

    I guess I should have added it was a good two years ago since the last one, and I probable wasn't as committed as I should have been and prob lost a lot of the muscle. Also I've been working on getting my bf down and the muscle went with it, I still have kept most of my strength though. This is. Demi recent picture.Click image for larger version.

    I'm sure I don't need to outline it but for the last 3-4 months ive pretty much followed the dave pulombo diet

    2 cycles you should be weighing in more, sounds like you dont eat enough on or off cycle or both

    Well, congrats on the weight loss but you still look about high teens which gives you pretty much minimal muscle mass. (It's not a great pic to tell)

    I'd look into overhauling your diet and workout plan rather than looking toward AAS to be blunt.

    Post up your workout and list the macro's for what you are eating.
