High blood pressure on test and tren

    Hello Bros.

I'm in 500 mgs of test ew and 75mgs of tren ace eod and my first shot was a day after Thanksgiving. My gym partner is also on the same cycle and yesterday, after our tren shot, we both began to feel our blood pressure going up. I felt super hot and the back of my head was hurting pretty good. My buddy felt similarly. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a reading as I didn't have a blood pressure machine but I'm sure it had to be at least Hypertension 1. I ran out and picked up some Arginine, garlic in pill form and Hawthorne berries pills which I began taking today and also bought a blood pressure machine.

This is my first time running tren and so I'm kind of worried about taking my next pin which is tomorrow.

Should I drop the tren? Or just lower the dose to let's say 50mgs?

Im 5'8 175 17% bf. This must be like my 6 cycle ever or so.

You can't estimate a BP based on how you feel. And 130/70 is nothing to be alarmed at.

Tren will definitely raise BP in most men. You need to keep a check on it. Take your BP first thing when you get up every morning, and throughout the day. If your average BP is hypertension level for 3 or more days you might want to consider dropping the Tren. And start taking an aspirin everyday too. Good luck.

I had the same thing happen while running test and var. The machines in the local drugstore were reading 160/100 (IIRC) and I totally panicked. I spent a few days monitoring it with a store bought BP monitor, which read even higher. I dropped everything, went to a doctor, and started PCT.

    A few things I learned.

    - doc said he sees people all the time in high stress jobs in the 160/110 range, and it's not that bad. Eventually it will kill you, but it didn't sound like it was a huge concern.
    - lab coat effect played into it
    - stressing about it 24 hours a day raised it as well
    - his BP reading, my handheld and the drugstore BP machine had totally different results. He said he trains his nurses to use their ears and not machines.
    - 130/80 is not high at all. It pretty normal actually.

I'm about to run another cycle of prop only, and I have a pile of supplements to help my BP. Probably going to try half a cialis in the AM and one at night if it gets too high. I doubt it will though, I'm pretty sure it was the orals (var) and a prescription painkiller causing the problem.

    Good luck!

The aspirin I mentioned earlier did a lot to help my BP. I take 325 mg Ed. I'm going to also throw in the supplements you mentioned; garlic, arginine, and hawthorn berries.
If anyone knows of any other supplements that help lower BP I would definitely appreciate a post. Thanks!

Aspirin does not treat hypertension. It was found in different studies to increase or decrease SBP by an average of 3 mmHg, depending on when it was taken in the day.

And just because you feel warm or you can feel your heart beating does not necessarily mean you're hypertensive either. All that accounts for is BMR and cardiac contractile force. You're overlooking the vascular resistance part of the equation.

There isn't much that we don't know about blood pressure today, so there is really no reason to indulge in bro-science.
