Injection Frequency

My friend has planned out a cycle of Sust 250 for 10 weeks. Additionally he will be taking 300 mgs of QV EQ a week for 10 weeks. MY question is should he break both the sust and EQ up into 2 shots a week like on Monday and Friday or will he be fine with just taking 1 shot a week of each?

Mon and thursday would be fine.
really it would be better to run the sus m-w-f and shoot the eq once a week at 400mg.

i agree with abstrack mon and thurs! mon and fri is too long inbetween shots and test levels will drop a bit.

I would defintly be taking the sus more that once a week.

I seen a thread where a guy split up his sus dosage to 125 eod which is best option next to running it 250mg/eod. You still would be running it 500mg per week but you would have more consitent blood levels and the prop ester would be ran better.

Run your Sust 250mg E3d. At least then you'll have cosistant injection frequency.
