4 weeks in and only gained 8 lb!

I'm running test cyp at 500 mg a wk and npp at 450 mg a wk.

I've never ran short esters before but I had the idea that at 4 weeks I should have gained alot more.

I read forums online where people gain 8 to 15 lbs in first two weeks.

The only thing that makes me think this is good gains is that I haven't seem to have alot of water retention.

No complains about strength gains, that shit is through the roof.

    They're hormones, not magic.

2lbs a week in weights is a great achievement. Remember that there will be an element of water retention.
Whats your full cycle. AI? HCG ?

If you have gained 8lbs of lean muscle then thats great imo

I wouldnt worry about what other people gain, they could be telling lies, exaggerating their results, gaining water retention and/or body fat.

15lbs in 2 weeks you said you read? I dont believe that.

Dont read posts like that, just keep an eye on your own results and if your happy with those lean gains who else matters?.

I'm not really comparing as much as I want to make sure I'm getting everything out of it.

If you guys think 2 lbs a wk is good then its good news for me and that keeps me motivated.

8lb in 4 weeks so in 10 weeks you could gain 20lbs

I would be happy with 5-8 lbs each cycle

Your gains will be dictated by your food.

    LoL

I have been at this quite while now - so

Shit, I'm happy with 5-8 Lbs. of LBM a year

within 5 years I would have gained 25-40 pounds of LBM

5-8 Lbs in 4 weeks is borderline physically impossible - aside from a 1st cycle - even then

Certainly 5-8 lbs of muscle is impossible. Many people do not realize eating more food hold more weight in your digestive track also water retention makes us hold more weight as well.

How do you know when you need it??? Guessing E2 values only works in bro science.

And how can you keep normal values using letro that "kills" 98% E2 in one take??

Everybody says that but I don't think that is totally true, at least not in my experience.

When I start to feel sensitivity and I feel like my libido lowering, i will take .25 mg of letro. Sometime I would have to take it 2, 3 times and sometimes just once for my sex drive to sky rocket and sensitivity to go away.

Arimidex didn't help me in previous cycles and I don't like to consume that crap ed or eod.

I'm not saying it's the right way of doing it and maybe there's a better way but this has been the best scenerio through out my experience of cycling.
