Anavar Help..all At Once Or Not

I Have 5mg Var Pills. I Want To Know If I Should Take Them All At Once Or Spread Them Out. I'm Going To Be Taking 8 Pills A Day. Also Has Anyone Seen Var Pills That Are Red And White Capsules. On The Bottle It Says Oxandrolona 100 Pills 5mg Made By Nova Labs.

Spread them out bro. Anavar has a half life of 9 hours, the more frequently you take them the better, this leads to more stable blood levels. Twice a day is the very minimum i would split your daily dose into.

I always took my var twice a day. In the A.M. about 30min prior to lifting with some grapefruit juice and the second before retiring.

i can't have grape friut juice i'm on a no crab deit

i'm on a no crab deit so i can't drink grapefriut juice.. should i take them before i eat in the moring and when should i take them in the afternoon

Don't have to take 'em with the juice bro. I always did because grapefruit juice aides with absorbtion of 17aa s. I always took mine on an empty stomach because I didn't like to eat before lifting. IMO I would take them with your A.M. meal and then again with a P.M. meal. I also tried to space my doses about 12hrs apart.
