while continuing to gain knowledge and understanding

Ok folks so when my bodies in the right condition I'm planning on following austinite first cycle plan to the t. Test e hgc pct and blood work. I now know I can go to website pay for the test I want then schedule to have blood drawn at lab. I have also reduced the volume in my workouts but increased the intensity with more focus on clean lifts and good form. I also implemented drop sets and rest pause sets. Plus I have avoided lifts that kill my shoulder if it hurts I don't do it. I have no experience with pinning, and any advice on it will be greatly appreciated. And I'm sure I still have a bunch to learn, but at the moment I'm having trouble with my research and learning. I need to know what to focus on next.

IMO it's best to keep protein shakes down to one a day.

There's no replacement for a solid meal.

As soon as I get out of bed I pound a whey shake with oats and pb then hit the gym.

I've found it's the fastest and easiest meal at 5am when I'm a zAMbie.

Also, I used mt2 for about 2 months before my first cycle.

Even though the pinning was subq it really helped with the anxiety when I eventually did IM.

Not saying you need to do any of this, it just really helped my first cycle.

I wake up starving so I gotta cook a good meal in the morning. And a take alot of good food to work with me every day. I usally only do whey shake right after workouts.

What does the mt2 do for you?

Mt2 makes you tan even if you're not getting sun.

It also gives you increased libido.

I think you misinterpreted the the meaning of my post.

Pinning IM can be difficult for some the first few times.

Using subq peptides helped prepare me and reduced the anxiety of pinning myself.

Yes I am I'm not sure exactly what it is right now. I weigh about 185. I'd like to get down to 180.

My main focus is on my right shoulder though. I got a doctor appointment coming up. I don't know if docs gonna be able to do much, but at least I'll know what's going on in there.
Dealing with this shoulder has been very frustrating, but it's taught me to kinda back off at times. I can't go in the gym and just kill it every time like I used to,but it made me focus more on legs which is very good because I use to neglect legs. In the last month iv seen my legs get a tad bigger and my numbers have went up a bit.

Sub cutaneous is just under the skin layer, which people do when injecting HGH, HCG or peptides.

Intra muscular is deep into the muscle tissue. This is for test injections.

Subq is relatively painless (smaller needle) and can prepare you for the sensation of injecting IM, which is a lot deeper with a larger needle.

Thanks for the info. In your opinion what's the least painful place to inject test?

Depends. I prefer quads, but the first 5 or 6 times with prop the PIP is borderline debilitating. Once I got used to it though, I was pinning 1.75ml EOD alternating quads.

Glutes are probably best I would think, but they're hard to reach. Same with delts, I don't like pinning left handed.

I would say get used to pinning your quads, but that's just me.

I'm assuming that obtaining these peptides is the same as AAS, but Idk what's up,

Thall, you're over thinking this and shouldn't do any peptides.

Just get some bac water, you'll need it to reconstitute your hcg .

Pin a few IU of bac water with an insulin pin a couple of times before beginning your cycle.

If the anxiety of a subq doesn't make you lightheaded then your all good to pin IM.

I don't know much about peptides but yes some peptides can help gain muscle.

May I add that there is NO substitute for the affects of AAS.

For sure. There is some threads going on about some peptides but I really don't even know where to start when it comes to figuring out Witch ones do what and why. I think jimmyinkedup has some stuff on them. Maybe ask him.

Cool I might give him a shout.
I'll tell you man my shoulder feels good. I been rehabbing it for about 6wks now, and the constant pain I was feeling is gone. In fact I been getting some pretty good workouts. I feel I'm ready.
