You inject it subcutaneous to help with burning fat in the area of injection. I was looking into it but decided diet and cardio may be better for me.

when i took it, i inj IM. Take it for 10wks at around 10cc/wk. I only took it for about a month, and i noticed an increased appetite, and some extra energy(possibly placebo effect).
You could give it a try if you like, i dont know if i can really say i recommend it or not.... Just dont pay over 20-25 bucks for a vial.

I read it only helps the areas where you inject it, such as the abdominals, traps, shoulders, etc. Also read its pretty painful. I'm looking into taking some, but I'm trying to bulk without the help of a cycle. Its taking time so I want to try this for the appetite but I still want to put on more weight.

kyno is not painful. it feels just like plain ol b12. itll maybe sting for about 10 min or so, then the pain will be completely gone. I dont really know about the localized fat loss, i didnt notice that. but bump for more answers
