How do you guys workout while on? Do you ever workout bodyparts twice a week? I'm planning on doing calves twice a week and chest twice a week, 1 day incline and a couple days later flat. You think thats overtraining even if I'm on a cycle?

Same as when Im off, but I push it harder and heavier as I recover faster and better. Routines are the same though.
I do flat and incline in the same workout. I do bodyparts 2X wk SOMETIMES. no use working out torn up.
