    Hbp

    What otc medicine do you use to lower your blood pressure?
    I know you need to avoid sodium and water retention.
    Currently on test/tren /mast cycle.

    Do take caffeine and creating PW before gym.

    I thought I had HBP but I measured it and actually it was low.
    90/40-100/50.

    Do you know why would I have low blood pressure?

    If you have persistent stage 2 high blood pressure, no OTC medicine will help.

    Depends on where you live. Here alpha blockers, beta blockers, calcium channel etc are all otc if you know where to look.

    If you are in the USA generics are so cheap...just the time and effort to get a prescription and the doctor wanting to do 5000 tests you do not need.
