im taking d-anabol,and work 4 days with the 5th day being a rest day,my question is should i still take my dose on my rest day.......thanks for your answer in advance

Yes,, most orals should be used at least one time daily, every single day. Also remember,,,you grow when you rest.

Absolutely. Your objective is to keep your blood levels stable throughout your cycle. Also make sure your splitting doses throughout the day.

Are you on TRT and just added the d-Bol to your protocol or are you running d-Bol w/out testosterone ? I see your 52 and I'd get a full hormone panel done to see where your levels are! You may be a legit candidate for Testosterone Replacement Therapy(TRT)
