    training with injury

    I'm four weeks into my cycle and when i'm training chest or shoulders my shoulders ache so much. People are saying i should train lighter to avoid serious injury but with four weeks left of my cycle will i still get gains?

    What is your cycle like. Try backing off on your shoulders. Also take some glucosamine for your joints might help. Or some DECA

    with only 4 weeks left the glucosamine won't really do anything for 3 weeks.

    the uncomfortable feeling you are getting is probably from good pumps.

    what drugs are you running here that you only going for 8 weeks?

    i'm on three sus and dianabol . if i train lighter will i still gain?
