    Gave Blood on my Pin Day. can i still pin?

    i gave blood today. the donation center said that my hemoglobin was at 15%. is that ok?

    also today is the day i'm supposed to pin my gear. can i still pin? I think it's not an issue, but i'm asking just in case.

    No need to give blood with hemoglobin at 15 g/dL, but ok, guess you are being a good samaritan.

    I'm on trt and just habit to go every 3 to 4 months even if I cycled or not. used to get movie tickets not no more lol
