    Injection late

    I inject every thursday and sunday

    last time i forgot and inject in friday

    should i inject in sunday same like before ???

    Sure you can. Or just switch to Friday and Mondays from now on. Either will work just fine

    Nah, don't worry about it and just stick with your normal injection routine. If you're injecting twice a week, I'm assuming you're pinning long ester. Test E half life is 14 days so being last 12 hours for a pin is no biggie.
