I just saw it BB, sorry for keep you waiting, the elevated Urea is explained from the Red Meat, Beef/Pork etc, I remember when I was still having my own kidneys but underfuctioning Doctors told me to do not eat any read meat cause its elevating the Urea levels I was on strict diet to eat only chicken/turkey and fish, when I told before to have a break on protein I didn't only meant on supplements but from meat also, if he wants his kidneys to "take a break" he should cut totally the read meat and lower his protein intake like 4-5 Days and drink lots of water 3-3,5 litters a Day and then do the blood work.

See above and additional results....
24 hour urine
Protein, urine, QN. < 6 mg/dL. No standard given
Protein, 24 hour urine. Unable to calculate. Standard. 50-80
Urea nitrogen, urine. 728mg/dL. Standard 145-1542
Urea nitrogen rate, 24 hr urine. 20930 mg/24 hrs. Standard 7000-16000
Totally confused with these results.
Protein- i thought that it was bad to have protein in urine but standard is 50-80?
Urea nitrogen is within but higher than standard in 24 hour?

Seems everything is good
But go ask your doctor.
Yes, it is normal to have a very small amount, but if Im reading correctly you have less than 6mg??
You are excreating a lot of urea, wtf have you been eating??

I have an appointment with the nephrologist on 2 Nov and an ultrasound that evening on my kidneys. Going to follow this through and make sure everything is OK.
Btw, i just got cleared for TRT. Not sure of what they are going to give me yet.

As long as you don't losing proteins from your urine (proteinuria) I don't think you have any kidney problem, but the amount of urine you are release from your system it tells me that you have been eating great amount of red meat and you are making your kidneys to "overwork" try and cut off your red meat and replace it with chicken/fish/turkey, and do a blood work again in 2-3 weeks and I think you will be satisfied with the results and also will "rest" your kidneys a bit.
