Looking for advice from the forum on TRT vs HGH

I've been reading a ton on here and will need 30 years to absorb all the great information. I'm looking for some advice from you all. I'm 44 years old 215lbs, 5'10", work out 5 days a week (Olympic lifting/functional work) with 1 day active recovery (3 on 1 off 2 on+1 day of sport, yoga, swimming so on.) My macros are pretty much dialed in. I'm looking to lean out a bit (Im not chunky but would like to knock off that last stubborn 7-11 lbs). My sleep and recovery is good although getting old I fight fatigue and I fall short of really getting after it during workouts. I have a very physically stressful job that beats me down when it comes to gym time. So I'm looking for an edge. HGH has great feedback but seems tough to get legit quality. TRT has great results with people on here however I'm new to it. I've run Osterine 2 cycles and it really helped with recovery but not sure if it's a sustainable solution.

Any help or advice from people with experience or in your situations would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!!

The first thing you should do is get blood work done to see how things are. You don't want to jump on TRT when there is no need just to give you a edge, TRT is for life replacing what your body is not producing. Your right, HGH is very very highly faked, unless you have a prescription from a doc then it is most likely fake. It is the most expensive and complicated compound to produce so some daft chinky is not going to produce it.

Look in to running a cycle after you see your blood work unless you really do need TRT then the doc/endo would be your first call.

I'm on TRT and have been running HGH for a long time. If there was only 1 compound I can take, I'd pick HGH. It is the elixir of life! Can you tell I'm biased? At 56, HGH gives me the physical and mental vitality of a much younger man. TRT is medical, so if you need it a Doc will give you a script. Very very few Doc's will give you a script for HGH. If you manage to get one, I don't know of any insurance that will pay for it. You can spend a LOT of money on HGH every month. I have spent over $3,000 a month on pharma HGH for 6 months. It was an awesome experience. However, practicality (and my wife) dictate that I take generic HGH. Yes, HGH is faked a LOT! If you find a good source, hang on to 'em. At 44, you'll probably need TRT more than HGH. If you experience the benefits of HGH, it's tough to give it up. Good luck.

Visit the HRT Forum and read the Finding A Doc sticky thread. Get the blood work recommended there. It's step one.

Holy crap!!! 3K a month, although if it's worth the ride then go with it. It sounds like for your age that your killing it, I hope I could be the same when I get there. That's really the feeling I'm looking for.

TRT is something you need, not try, the only way to tell is with BW,
you could do a cycle, but read and re read, then when youre ready,
re read again, theres a lot to it, but this place is the best place to learn
