Can u provide units of measurement, I'm used to nmol/L and need to convert those values.
If you're on cycle now and libido is off, chances are it's an E2 problem.
It could be too high or too low.
If it's too low reducing the AI should help, too high then up the AI.
Other symptoms of high E2 is water retention/bloat and possible high blood pressure.

Mid cycle blood work required. Check prolactin too just in case.

Mid cycle is labs are 3 weeks out. Okay to wait that long?

I don't see any issues with your current cycle, besides the possibility of elevated E2. You have a pretty standard cycle layout which should suit 9 out of 10 guys.
I think anything we say is just speculation at this point. No problem waiting 3 weeks for mid cycle blood work.

Is it normal for E2 to jump that high in 2.5 weeks while taking an AI?

So, assuming that could be the issue. Do I increase the AI (anastrozole) to .5 mg EOD?

You need to up it until E2 sides go down, titrate carefully not to shut down E2 too much. I hope someone else can chime in on the dose.
But doubling to 0,5, I don't know if that's too much, but it's not an uncommon dose.

Also, as far as symptoms go I don't feel anything negative at this point.

Why would I not consider increasing the AI to a higher, yet common dose? @ scotch, just trying to understand where you're coming from. Thanks.

I didn't see that. Thanks for pointing it out. I'm still trying to figure this out.

Without blood work it's all just a guess. I agree with Scotch. Just wait until you get your mid cycle bloods and adjust your AI accordingly. Good luck bro!

Your body's pretty amazing. Once you get your dosages lined out, your body will adapt and adjust. You're young and healthy, you'll be back in the saddle soon. Just be patient and give your body some time to adjust.

Thought I'd drop in and inform you all that things seem to have bounced back to normal now that I'm in week 4. I'm feeling pretty good and it's back to business as usual. Thanks for all your input. It's pretty wild how much things change week to week.
