    first cycle. what do you think?

    i'm 22 and 172 lbs, i want to do a cycle but for now i only have this

    week 1-10 2cc of testoviron
    week 1-6 210 mg of dianabol
    week 11-13 50mg clomid

    what do you think of that, also mixed with this diet and hard training. can i gain at least 15 lbs?

    meal 1
    5 egg whites
    10 oz. oatmeal
    12 oz. orange juice
    8oz. milk

    meal 2 ( the same )

    meal 3
    1cup of white rice
    16oz. of chicken
    1cup vegetables

    meal 4
    2 tuna sandwich

    meal 5
    1 baked potato
    whit tuna or chicken or turkey

    I the testoviron is all you need and take 8oz of meal 3 and make another meal giving you 6 meals.

    Seems like a long time to run dbol for a first cycle to me.

    You need to start Clomid in week 12. I would only run the dbol the first four weeks.

    you were right bro.....i have to admit, i didnt think this happened very often, but i'm seeing more and more of it since you brought it up.

    theres no way we can tell you how much youre going to gain off your cycle, as everyone reacts differently to various compounds. this is also why johnny b recommended test only, to see how you react to one drug, before you try and stack 2.

    imho, i think your pushing it bro for a 1st cycle. take your time, theres no need to try and get everything you want out of one go.

    Id take in about 50grams protien and 75grams simple carbs post workout.

    Repeat your meal 3 as rick said and add in the post workout shake and your good.

    what anti-es are you running? i didnt see them listed.
