if cannot back to original size, any other problems? i guess that it still can function although the size is smaller....

I have been on for near a decade with only little hcg use. I dont want kids and I like the fact they dont get in the way anymore. I dont care about there size at all, but I dont want anything to happen from atrophy. I will be ordering at least 30000 iu very soon and blast 10k iu in a week and then drop to 500iu twice a week.
