Quad Pain | I am not getting used to it.

    Hey Guys,

I have been pinning my alternate quads EOD. I am injecting with 75mg Tren A + 100mg Test P. (1.5 mL total).
I read on the forums that the quads would pain badly the next day and once the body gets used to it, they wont pain anymore.

Its my 14th day now. And I still get severe pain the Quad in inject after 12 hours.
I am quite sure I am injecting right. I do it slowly (90 seconds for 1.5 ml). I leave it in for 10-20 seconds after inject is done. I also massage the area for 1 minute. But still the pain shows up, making it difficult for me to walk properly.

Any Advice. This is not my first cycle. I had a chemist friend who injected in my glutes earlier, but now he has moved away and i have to do it myself. I think Quad is the easiest if injecting yourself. I developed a lot of swelling when i tried injecting my glutes myself.

Any Advice/Ideas on why the pain won't go away?

You need to allow minimum 1 week before pinning same spot, its wrong to pin quads eod.

You mention swelling on self glute shot probably you missed the muscle injecting too shallow. Need to insert whole needle, minimum 1,25 inches.

I only Pin quads as I solo Pin cannot reach glutes but recently learning glutes with my GF ,

I never have quads pain and I was pining EOD for 20+ weeks just recently im hitting a nerve in the one side only , but I find quads just like glutes ZERO ZERO pain I don't even feel it ,

So SLOW don't dart it into the muscle slow and steady hold it steady inject 30-1minute faster you go more pain

slow and steady no pain , unless you hit the nerv like I do every time lately lmfao but even than it doesn't hurt just spasms

to many people dart the pin in , hit a nerv and than also inject super fast flooding the area and pipping than pulling out like crazy and un steady causing more damage my inject take probably 2-3 minutes total from pin to inject to pull

Only new to cycling but I tried quads and the pain was ridiculous.
I've always had my TRT in the glutes and now I pin also on cycle in glutes.
A day after its slightly sore but gone by day 3.
Do yourself a favor and learn to pin glutes.

Thanks jobana.. Your advice is useful.
I never put in like a dart. I do go slow, and i always pull back first to make sure i did not hit a nerve. have never experienced tren cough, and dont want to as well. :P

Perhaps I am hitting the quad at the wrong spot? Is it possible?
Here's my spot, and I am having a feeling that i am doing it wrong.

Ya gotta find other areas to pin if you're going EOD or ED. I pin the same location every 7-10 minimum (so far - I'm only 2 weeks into pinning so I'm hardly the expert. LOL)

I find quads the easiest as I'm able to get comfortable and hold the pin steady while injecting. Delts so far are #2. Really not even sure about glutes, as I can't angle myself well enough to pin effectively. Had some PIP due to bending the needle while injecting in the glutes.

The key is go go in slow. Maybe heat up the oil prior to injecting - I read it goes in much smoother, and for me it did.

You pull back to make sure you're not in a vein not a nerv when you hit a nerv you feel it lol

And to me you are pinning the wrong spot you want farther outwards flex the muscle find the biggest part relax than pin on a 45DEG angle upper outer I have zero pain zero anything I don't even feel the pin

You can pin where you are but I always go outside bigger area less problems

I've been pinning quads for years and sometimes I still get the random one that will hurt for a week. It's just how it is. Test P can cause pip just by itself. I get more pip with tren no matter where I pin. Rotate your locations. You should be able to get 2-3 spots on each glute and 2-3 spots on each quad that you can switch around to and not hit the same spot for several weeks.

You're pinning 2 short esters at the same time into quads. You're gonna hurt. No matter how many times I've pinned my glutes, when I pin Test Prop my butt feel like it's been kicked by a mule. When I pin Test Pron in my quads, I can't walk. I recommend pinning the short ester combo into the biggest muscle in your body, your glutes. It's still gonna hurt but it seems more manageable to me.

    What are your stats??

Your legs look like you never trained'em. You sure you are ready for tren??

Anybody pinning tren would know how test prop pin feels.

I have to agree on this one sorry but those legs dont look like they spent much time in the squat rack. And I am not making fun of you but tren isnt for beginners.

You guys are correct. My legs are not big and in good shape right now.
I do train my legs regularly.. Squats are my favourite. I am more towards an ectomorph.
But for the last 2-3 weeks since I have started this cycle, i haven't been able to train them, thanks to the pain.

The Deadlifting Dog - yes, I have pinned t prop before in my glutes. painless.

Back in Black - No this is not my first cycle. its like my 4th or 5th...

Jonbana, I will try going more outwards. I really couldn't find good tutorial anywhere about where to inject in quads. Every video says totally different stuff.

Pin the quad in the area your pocket would be. Flex muscle (you dont have one to flex so i dont know if you will be able to see the muscle outline or not), relax it, inject. You do not train your legs at all it seems. You literally have no definition what so ever. Good luck wasting your first tren cycle.

I am injecting sus and dec into the quads. But I alternate to the glutes. I use all 4. To be honest I have felt it's how you inject and having a steady hand. My first 4 weeks were in the quads then I ordered 1-1/2 in needles for my glute. And I had gnarly pip. Couldn't walk couldn't sit on the shitter. My pip is minimal now. Just a little tightness in the muscle but no swelling or terrible crippling pain.

Not trying to be a Dick but your doing something wrong man. 4th cycle and your legs look like u don't train at all.

Ones again. Not trying to be a Dick just trying to tell u pain when your pinning isn't your problem. Training eating and who knows what else is

If you open the internet, and type in site injections I'm sure you'll find out where to inject without leaking sources/sites...

Plus i'd read all the sticky's first which should answer all/most of your questions.

    Goodluck, with it all.

I don't inject that close, I inject more out on the outside and have had zero issues. And I inject every other day.

I've been doing this for 20+ years and I still cant tolerate quad injects. Too many veins and nerves in my legs. I've quit even trying.

Basically one hand width above knee, one hand width from hip give you a landmark.

Now split leg in half length wise, and use outer side, x's evenly spaced apart

Me either. I have two ass cheeks two injections per week. It can be done solo with a mirror I have many times but fortunately I dont have to. My girlfriend is better than any doctor I have been to. She does it painless every time. I dont see how anyone does quads.

Well, for one, I never inject into the top of my leg, I inject at the upper and at the side and never had a problem. But only my right leg, for some reason it hurts on my left leg.

    Here's a pic of where I inject and also other injection spots in link;

That's funny you should say that because when I do my left leg no matter where I go I get nice thick blood that comes out of the hole

When I do the right thing nothing

Well, I got some muscle there so I don't know why you're experiencing that. That happened to me when I injected in wrong spot in my chest, blood came out and it caused a bruise.
