Starting cycle Tomorrrow RECOMP BULK/CUT
As planned I'm starting my cycle tomorrow , this is a pretty big cycle
This is going to be a RECOMP Trying to lose BF while gaining some muscle so this is my plan
I'm currently cutting still to lean out a little more and using intermittent fasting 16/8 protcol with carb back loading (carbs only PWO) with fasted cardio in the morning and weights and more cardio at night ,
My goal behind this cycle is to get clean gains not MASS gains just clean gains and lose some BF or keep it that same so im heading into this at a deficit maintenance by the time the deca kicks in ill be upping my calories to take full effect of deca
I'm not going to focus on the scale but more the mirror once a week .
200LBS
8-12% BF
5.10
currently
2,000 calories some days less some more being relaxed about this staying clean as always
250g Protein
60g fat
120-150g Carbs (depends how im feeling)
Training split
chest/back
Shoulders
Legs
Arms
Rest
Repeat
Abs every other day post workout
off days fasted cardio in the morning
Heading into this in a cut maintenance and will increase calories as im feeling it as im not wanting massive gains just clean gains
Dbol 1-5 50mg (1 week 25mg next 3-4 50mg) (doses all at once 1 hour pre workout)
T3 1-10 50mcg (dose all at once morning)
deca 1-13/14 400mg
test E 1-16 600mg
Winstrol 10-15 50mg (Doses split 25mg morning 25mg evening)

Yes and everything is normal whats weird is my BP and HR are actually low.... even on TRT I was 108/68

Let us know the results. I'm curious to see the strength gains on that much test and deca as well.
You guys ever test maxes out before or 5rm or just shoot n go?

I mean as regards to strength.
Do you max out or test your 5 rep maxes(example max out on bench @315) then see how your strength progresses from there.

Why chest and back on the same day? 2 big muscles on the same day then you have shoulders which are a small muscle on a day by them self?
If you don't want a day for each group then I would do chest and back on different days. And add your rear delts to back day and front/sides to chest day.

I'm Not a power lifter I don't let me ego get in the weight I never break forum I focus on the muscle when my mind stay in my range and push , I don't test max loads because I don't need to have an injury to prove nothing to people watching
you can watch you progress on cycle yes this is a given strength goes up but I never test my limits

I enjoy chest back super sets its a change up for my normal split and a lot of research shows it works and I feel it does so far , I give shoulders there own day cause I find they grow with high volume and they also are not so taxing on the CNS so its like a semi rest day so I train back to back
