Test P + Npp cycle expectation?

Hi, I'm running an 8-week cycle with test p (100mg eod for 8w) and npp (100 eod for 6w). How much weight should I expect to gain after the cycle? It's my 4th week right now and I gained like 7lbs approximately. Not sure if that's the expectation. Thanks!

To be honest....that will be up to you. Caloric intake, metabolism, cardio routine, intensity will factor in on what you want to do with your cycle.

I'm currently eating at a 500 calorie surplus. Lift weights 6 days a week with minimal cardio.

I would say that if you can keep 10lbs of lean muscle after PCT, you're doing fine. If you can keep 15lbs after PCT, you're doing awesome.
