    2nd cycle test dose

    hi guys

    I'm just curious what test enanthate dosing would you recommend for a second cycle? I'm not even half way through my first cycle but just wondered if its worthwhile increasing the dose when the time comes for a second cycle?

    At present I've been using 500mg test e per week (12 weeks altogether)

    I also used droll (perhaps stupidly) for 3 weeks.

    Rather than adding more compounds into a second cycle - would it be ok to just increase test e dosage?

    I'm on my first cycle as well and my thoughts are, don't you think it would be better to focus all your energy on finishing this cycle and completing pct before thinking about another cycle?

    Sorry, but at your bodyfat you should be asking about diet and nutrition.

    Im yet to see a thread from you asking advice about diet?!?!?!

    And not the first time that was mentioned either. This stuff all works hand in hand. It's not impossible to lose the fat you just don't know how to do it, which is not a knock on you. There are some general guidelines but we are all different and you have to spend time figuring that out. If you don't know how to manipulate food to get your body to do what you want it to do, you will never keep this new mass. So the whole exercise of taking gear is all risk no reward. Forget about the next cycle. Learn how to eat and train. We can help you with that. You just have to ask.

    Truth about bodybuilding:
    80% diet
    15% workout
    5% drugs
    Can you overeat and gain muscle? Yes.
    Can you workout and not eat and gain muscle? Maybe a little
    Can you take gear and not eat or workout and gain muscle? A very small amount
    There is so much bullshit going around, the truth has to be told. It's diet, diet, diet.
    As for your second cycle, do the same one if it worked. Why does everybody think they have to go up and up on dosage? It's no different than any other drug. Take the least amount that will work.
    I basically have done the same one for years and it keeps working. When it stops working, maybe I'll go up. Until then, it's staying the same.

    IMO I would wait and see what your results will be before planning dosages for your next go. Give it time brotha.
