okay, I have heard not to take the proviron with the clomid for the post cycle, But I have seen where I need to take nolvadex with the clomid. Do I really need the nolva for post cycle or can I just run the clomid. If I do have to take the nolva then whats the dose schedule supposed to look like.
you should put a little more info on here..like what was your cycle?and past experience..

You dont have to run the nolva but if there is some rebound effect in estrogen than the nolva would help. Lets just put it this way: It wont hurt you to run the nolva!10-20mg ed is a fine dosage. You should read some of the threads in the educational forum bro, there is some good articles that you could benefit from. Also you right about not running the proviron in post therapy.
Abstrack is right, drop the proviron, run the clomid 300mg day 1, 100mg for 10 days, 50mg for 10 days and run the nolva 20mg ed throughout and taper off the nolva towards the end of the clomid.

So Pheedno, you're saying to taper 5 days past the clomid with the nolva??
Tapering is usually just used when implementing higher doses of Nolva(40/60/80) after gyno symptoms appear. It's a must when coming off of 80mg because of the rebound.
From 20mg, it's not absolutely crucial, but a feasible rprecaution
