    Help With First Time AI

I'm on 600mg Test C and 300mg Tren per week. Do you think 300mg DIM would be enough of an effective AI for this level? I understand only blood work can verify. Just looking for an "experienced starting point".

DIM is not an acceptable AI for this cycle.

You should get arimidex and you probably shouldn't be using tren if you're asking this question.

You need an AI immediately. DIM is barely functional for those on TRT doses that need estrogen control.

I've been actually thinking about getting back on the Test. What do you think is a safe level of Test, per week to run without an AI? 200mg? From what I understand, Tren doesn't require an AI.

If i got the choice beetween 600 test and 300 tren this summer without AI and no summercycle at all, i would go for the run.
With low fat diett, ZMA, estrogenlowering foodtypes and some more bucks spent on OTC.
