After the cycle
Got just one question
I'm running a 400 mg test e / week cycle atm , for 12 weeks
I'm also on nebido as my TRT protocol
when i finish the cycle , since i'm in deficit around 1000 atm and cycling carbs, should i keep the deficit? Or run maintenance , or just lower it to 300-500 from 1000, since i'm not PCTing?
Purpose was to keep as much muscle and strength as possible while cutting, as far as it goes i managed to do it
My strength went up on deads , squats , bench and military press
I wanna keep cutting after the cycle probably , just in a lower deficit of around 300-500

Oh sorry misread that. You should be able to cut down without any substantial muscle loss with the trt dose.

Myers, your goal was to go from ~16% bf to ~10%.
No to be a dick but why couldn't you lose 6% bf in 12 weeks?

I did , but i wanna keep going even lower, and it's 10th week , i'm already near my goal, i wnna try for 8% after the cycle
It's march and i don't wanna bulk before august so, i wanna cut some more , and maintain a bit and then start the bulk around august .
The more i managed to cut more motivated i actually am , lol, fk me but i'm never satisfied

10% bf is a very low amount.
Look at the photos in my profile, I'm probably just above 12% for most of the year.
Most of this is dependent on genetics but it's not really a realistic goal to live life at under 10% bf.
If you still want to continue looking weight then I think a 300-500 calorie deficit, while cycling carbs, is a good decision.
Just make realistic goals or you'll never be happy with your physique.

Thx numbere , that's my problem whole life , everything i do i do like i'm competing or something , it has to be 110%
Recently due to sh1tloads of stress , i started getting sick often
Talked with my parents and i went to a therapist , for some psychoanalysis , had a few sessions and i'm making progress..
I'll stick to the 300-500 deficit for some time then

If you're under so much stress that you're getting sick and need to see a therapist then it doesn't make sense to add more stress to your body by eating under maintenance.
I think you should consider eating maintenance for a few weeks until you get your life back on track.
It's only March 21st so you have a wile to cut before summer.
