    Possible Gyno on Tren Cycle

This is my 4th cycle, but my first one with Tren , so I'm nervous and jumping on the bandwagon with my very own gyno freak-out thread. I've never had a problem with gyno during any of the previous cycles, which were either Test-only, or Test+Dbol for the first couple weeks.

Anyway, I just started the 6th week of this cycle. I took Test E for the first 4 weeks, with .25 mg of Adex EOD. Starting week 5, I'm now doing 100 mg of Test Prop + 75 mg of Tren A every other day. I'm still taking .25 mg of Adex every other day as well, but tonight in the shower I did notice a small lump underneath one of my nipples. It is not itchy or sore, although when I did brush this nipple the other day it was a bit sensitive, which is why I was feeling around it today.

So at this point I'm just looking for options. Should I bump up Adex to .5 mg EOD? Should I try to get Tamox right now, or wait to see if the lump gets smaller/goes away after just bumping up Adex? I do have some Nolva on hand for my PCT, but I'm not sure that is the 'normal' way to try and treat gyno anymore? Hell, I'm even open to just quitting the cycle now and starting PCT if that's the best way to try and get over this. Possibly permanent bitch tits are not worth staying on this cycle.

I'd try to obtain some BW immediately and check your E2 (sensitive assay) and prolactin at a minimum. You're 6 weeks in so you SHOULD be checking some bloods anyway so see how you're doing. Yes, you can start running Nolva now to combat further issues and help mitigate any current damage. It won't hurt you at all to run it alongside your cycle. Raloxifene is statistically "slightly" better for this purpose but nolva will do just fine.

Take a minute and read the section on Gyno in Austinites Educational Articles Database at the top of this forum.

Thanks kelkel, appreciate the sound advice, as usual. I've never had bloodwork drawn quickly - the last time I scheduled an appt with my primary physician and it took over a month to get in. Could I get bloodwork drawn by just going to a walk-in clinic, perhaps?

As for Nolva, while I have just enough for PCT at this point I think I had better start running it now and I'll try to get some more in time for PCT. I did read through the bottom of Austinite's thread to get some info out of that, but I think I was confused on one thing initially: So basically Tamox is Nolva, correct? If so, per that thread, I should dose Tamox/Nolva at 40 mg per day for one week, than 20 mg/day until it's reversed (which could take weeks-months)?

Tamoxifene is Nolvadex . Get more.
    That protocol is just fine.

If you're in the states check sites like discounted labs dot com or private md labs dot com. They both offer packages that will suite you. Discounted seems to have good pricing and packages. Pull one for mid-cycle and add prolactin to it.

    ^^^Follow Kel advice.

Just adding if you are doing bloodwork also take progesterone test as it can also bring the gyno up when using 19nors steroids . And IMO you dont need to do 40mg per day tamox, 20mg until you cant feel the lump and tenderness then continue at 20mg eod.

Thanks guys. I just ordered some liquid Tamox from this sites (previous?) sponsor, and will start with the Nolva tablets I have on hand today.

As for bloodwork, I'm located in the sparsely-populated upper midwest (North Dakota) and the discounted labs dot com doesn't seem to have any places I can go when I do a search for their locations around me. Same thing happened with another online site I was directed to awhile back. I can't seem to find a location search on MD labs, so I'll give them a call and see if they operate in my area. I also put in a call to a nearby walk-in clinic but they haven't got back to me, yet.

As long as discounted or privatemd labs are allowed to operate in your state then you simply order and pay for it on-line at their site, then use what they provide you and go to your local Labcorp or similar to get the BW done.

Thanks man. Yeah, I checked the Labcorp site earlier too and the closest locations to me on their sites are located about 4 hours away in Minneapolis. I e-mailed both of these sites though to see if they have some other options for me to get blood work done through them that doesn't require 8 hours of driving. Hopefully they might have some other places around here that can at least do the draw.

Just wanted to mention an update a couple weeks into this -
I decided to go with the recommendation in Austinite's thread and did 40 mg Nolva/Tamox ED for a week, and I've been doing 20 mg ED since then. The lump has gotten noticeably smaller and I'm thinking it is almost to the point I'll cut back to 20 mg EOD per Mr BB's advice. I did bump up Adex to .5 mg EOD, and I'm assuming I should keep it that way for the remainder of the cycle, although if the experts think otherwise, let me know.

I was also intending to go 40 mg of Nolva ED for two weeks once I started PCT, then the drop to 20 mg ED for the last two weeks of PCT. Should I still stick to that plan, or if I am already taking 20 mg ED or EOD up to the point I start PCT, would 20 mg ED during all 4 weeks of PCT be sufficient?

Regardless, thanks guys for the advice a few weeks ago. So far, so good. This Tren cycle is really killing it too. I have so much energy in the gym, I'm closing in on my 10% BF goal, and I'm stronger than I've ever been. Can't say I enjoy pinning EOD, but that's the only complaint (well....other than the damn gyno, of course).
