Cannot assume home unit is reliable. If home unit is wrist cuff even less reliable, but arm cuff maybe okay. Kind of need to calibrate. BEST is to take to office where manual pressure is done and check home unit that way. Just want to make sure you're getting good info from the readings!
    Noted, thanks,

So duh, I've managed to bring BP down 120-125 sys 75-80 dia. Also, to relax my nerves a bit. HR as low as 65. Haven't seen there in months.

I've reduced T3 to 12.5mcg morning only, I should run a thyroid panel this week.

TRT is 50mg 2 pw. This should land me at 400-500 ng/dl. Feeling pretty much miserable though.

Four weeks and half ago, I've added some Tren -E to my TRT. The idea was to run a non-aromatizable on top of low dose TRT, but I'm not feeling much from it, and I went as high as 200mg pw. I'll try 100mg Tren A from another brand.

Over the last few days, I've been feeling unusually fatigued. The sort of being exhausted ten minutes after waking up already... I wonder if it's teh cialis, temp outside is over 30 °С / 86 °F, very moist also, maybe the vasodilation from heat is more than enough.

    Thank you.

All I wish for, is to function as a man and a productive member of society.

Happiness is relative. If I were to choose, a neutral mood would be my way to go.

Thats a good thing. All I want is my arms and lower body to catch up to my lats neck and chest. Then i want my neck to grow two more inches so I can do it all over again, then walk the earth like a tyrannasaurus with arms to match.

With my body, yes. Luckily it was a young fella and not some old lady, couldn't have ended well. I can't drive (but really, I don't let myself) because of my poor vigilance and attention status, it's hard enough to go by feet lol.

I would suggest going to Dr. and getting some Professional advice, Here is my experience for what it's worth. 50 yr old male was on 1 cc Cyp per week for 14 months and 2 weeks. Never Cycling off, 6' 0" 226 lbs. When I started test I lost 4 inches on my waist in 10 weeks put on 12 lbs of muscle in 12 weeks went from benching 250 to 320 in that 12 weeks. I went to the Er thinking I was having a heart attack on May 5th 2017, I suffered a grade 1 and 2 pec strain on may 2nd. so I was in a tremendous amount of pain already. After stress test and Eco cardiogram, Cardiologist told me i had Cardio Myopathy 38% injection fraction. So basically heart was only working at 38%. Dr, Balmed Test, even though I had explained I had been drinking a sugar free monster energy every day for about the last ninety days and taking sudafed 2 tablets at a time 2 to 3 times a day for sinuses. I quit everything monster, test, sudafed, I have lost 6 lbs of muscle in 6 weeks, I had to go on Lisinipril 20 mg once daily and Carvedilol 12.5 mg twice a day to keep heart rate down. My Bp was 177 over 112 and Heart rate was 128 when I got to ER, My heart had no blockages, entirely brought on by Test and Monster energy and sudafed, The plan is for the Medicine to keep heart rate down in the 70's until my heart starts working correctly again, I have a another Eco in 3 months Dr. says hopes to see my Injection Fraction up to 65% which puts me back in the General Population for being at risk for heart attack and Stroke. I talk to another Dr, that perscribes test yesterday he said why quit test said heart is a muscle Test repairs muscle, I feel meserable and BP and Heart rate med's zap energy. I am going to start back on test I can't stand being with out it, having been out of gym due to pec Injury, I probably have 4 more weeks off before I can start back on light duty at the Gym so I am going to start back on test tomorrow so it will be kicked back in by the time I can start back lifting. But I said all of this to say don't mess around with High blood pressure, and elevated Heart rate, every time heart beats over 100 beats a min when you not exercising your doing damage to your heart. I had no Idea the Monsters and sudafed were so bad, as for test being the cause 2 Dr.s told me they did not think the short time I was on it contributed to heart problems but Cardiologist is sticking to it, blaming it all on test. Get to the Dr. you may need Bp medicine, better safe then sorry. Good Luck!

Thank you for sharing, but I won't blame that on 200mg cyp , I guess you didn't have it checked before, hence no one can really affirm Test is the culprit for your heart issue. I'd advise you start TRT again on a lower dosage and split to twice weekly pins, it will help a great deal with overall balance as well as preventing sides.

Myself, my readings are consistently at 120/75 or lower now and HR is 60-70bpm, and that's on 200mg Tren even.

I knew I didn't need BP meds to fix it, but I would be amazed to have my heart checked out.

Nothing wrong with those BP numbers, heart rate is excellent, So your good, just keep an eye on it and check it once a month at the least. I started back on TRT today, .5 cc per week for the first couple of weeks to see how it goes with the meds I am on and monitor heart rate. I will then work up to .5cc twice a week. I can't wait to get back in the Gym and get my levels back up to a reasonable rate quitting cold turkey was not good, I should have just lowered dose for awhile, but cardiologist and coupled with fact that one trip to the ER almost cost me my life. Er at my small town local hospital gave me 3 baby aspirin, Linispril and Coreg and then gave me a Nitro pill and stopped my heart twice! I was lucky to have escaped there with my life! They tried to tell me I was allergic to Nitro, Next Dr. told me not so said they stopped my heart by sending my BP to zero with all the Meds at one time. I was lucky I was in great shape they said or I probably don't pull out of it! Pretty dang Scary! My goal is to get off BP meds when my heart gets back to normal function, good luck.

Sometimes I wonder if docs would wish our BP to be 0/0.

    Hey Biz,
I'm happy to hear that it sounds like you've got the problem in check. Perhaps this may help. In a psych research group I was in until this spring, we taught and evaluated the results from the use of Heart Rate Variability (HRV) against PTSD for combat vets. It works. Biofeedback is a way to control physiological symptoms of problems associated with the autonomic nervous system (ANS). One of the things the ANS affects is BP and HR. Every time my BP is taken it is high. I just tell the nurse to take it again and after thirty seconds of breathing I'm able to drop it by around twenty-five points. If I had my (any) wits, I'd simply breath right before they put the collar on.

Yes, I am well aware of that and learned to manage an overactive ANS when low T gave me extreme anxiety. IF that is the problem, I'm usually able to bring down BP (even my former endo noticed this) in seconds my means of biofeedback.
