Lifting 3 times a week some light cardio 2 3 times a week .
Just finished a cycle of var and clen it took a few inches off my waist and got some gains not much but some .
I'm looking at a new cycle at the moment of winstrol stanozol and test . My question is what quantities of each should I be taking and for how long and is it a good cycle ?
