    Blood work results.

So I wanted to get rid of some old gyno, I read a real huge thread on using letro to reverse it. Letro messed me up so I stopped because a few guys on here said to just hop onto nolva so I did that. A week went bye on nolva and the lump started to shrink but then both my nipples got puffy and a little irriated. I thought maybe I was having estro rebound from letro and my E2 levels were high so I went and got labs done. Here are the results. Prolactin is the only think they say is high.

    Test-790
    Free test-17.7
    FSH-4.4
    LH-4.8
    DHEA-381.4
    TSH-1.73
    Prolactin-18.5
Estradiol-8.4 (Im guessing I destroyed a lot with letro)
    Insulin -6.8

Im a 22 year old male 210 pounds about 15% body fat. Took PH 3 years ago but havent taken anything since until currently the letro and nolva.

I would use raloxifene 60mg ED until your gyno clears.
Can take many months. Think 2-8 months.
Caber will reduce your prolaction. .25mg 2x per week.

I recently gave a guy a protocol that fixed his gyno in 6 weeks. Your e2 is already low so you need to a Serm such as roloxifene or Nolvadex . The doses for rolax is mentioned above for nolva do 40mg per day first week then 20mg per day until gone.

As the expert member said, using raloxifene might help.

I am on week 2 of the nolva already. My prolactin level is what is causing the problems Im having. puffy nips and low libido.

I doubt so it's only marginally elevated, I'd say almost normal.

Then what could be causing the puffy nipples and extremely low libido if my estrogen is so low?

Low libido can be from low e2
