Ooft that was a low blow. Edinburgh is classy. However my first ever visit i did notice someone digging through what i can only assume was the contents of a sharps bin

Trt yes probably. If youre cycling then i doubt it.

They most definetly wouldnt stick you with ugl stuff.


I might be weird but i loved getting jagged with flu shots at school.

Alright me old sweaty lol! Tell you what to do pal.Go to your nearest drop in centre for smackrats,and ask the receptionist if one of the staff will do it for you.
I was in one in Newcastle,getting some insulin needles,and a young lad was getting steroid needles etc.The girl told him,if he wasn't keen or able to do it
himself,someone in the centre would do it for him.It's all about safe practise,and they are extremely helpful.
By the way,i do my mates cos he's scared of needles,but you're just a wee bit too far away.

Oh,i forgot to add,if you train in a commercial gym,there's bound to be someone there who'll sort you.

Get a friend or something, just learn them the basics of doing a glute shot.
It's very easy, just google it.
Only two things you can do wrong is;
1) inject into a vein if you don't aspirate (and it's a very small risk actually)
2) hitting the schiatic nerve of you pin lower than the outer quadrant;
in which case some temporary paralysis may happen,
but usually just pain and difficulty walking for a few days. Nothing major really.

So even if you do it wrong chances are low anything serious happens.
(But do it right, it's very easy to do it right)

Needle bank is a great shout actually. Its not illegal so no worries really. I knos theres one in glasgow, not sure about your neck of the woods.

But anyway good luck man. Theres good videos on this site teaching how to inject correctly and safely if you choose to do it yourself
