    Critique for a First Timer

    Hello all!
    I have been researching anabolics for some time now and have chosen to go with the stack below.
    I've never ran a cycle before, unless you count 8 weeks of clen and keto.
    I am aware that this stack may be quite a bit for a newb, but I am not really looking to continue cycling more than once a year. Therefore, I am trying to get the most out of what I'll be doing.

    Of course, I am not completely sure as to whether my stack is suitable, is too much, or too little.
    Please critique my stack and diet, anything helps!

    I will be 22 when starting cycle
    6'2"
    240-250 lbs
    14-16% bodyfat


    Bench 440
    Squat 535
    PowerClean 310


    24 week cycle
    Test E---3mL(750mg)/week 1-12 (1.5mL Sunday/Wednesday)
    Dbol ---50mg/ED week1-4
    Winny---60mg/ED week 7-12
    Nolva---40mg/ED week 1-4 and 14-17
    Clomid---100mg If gyno signs/symptoms occur--- Will run 50 mg until out starting week 14
    Cycle/Liver help throughout cycle (Cycle Support - Iron Labs Nutrition)---3 ED week 1-24
    Clenbuterol --- Ramp 40mg to 180mg Week 17-24
    Ketotifen--- 2 tabs/EED week 17-22


    Macros
    Daily
    Protein--- Over 500 grams
    Carbs--- Over 250 Grams
    Fats--- 50-80 Grams


    Foods (a daily base)
    Chicken--- 800 grams
    Tuna--- 3-4 cans
    Coco Puffs--- 3 Cups
    Fat Free Milk--- 8 Cups
    Protein Powder--- 2 Scoops
    Ramen (no packet)--- 3 Packs
    Peanut Butter--- Couple slugs

    With those stats I'd say you don't need gear.

    Can you post a pic?

    Either way you are a little too young and your cycle is way too much, way too long and missing some essential components.

    Also your diet, over 500g protein? Nobody needs that much, not even Phil Heath.

    Still on the young side but you're running WAY too many compounds for a first cycle

    Start with a test only cycle for 12 weeks, take some time off and do it again and add another compound

    Everyone here knows when we say we are only doing it once or whatever goes right out the window when you start seeing results

    Overall, pump the brakes!

    I was going off of the 2g./lb ideology for this number, should I lower to 1.5 g./lb?
    Am I in need of more ancillary items? What parts the cycle should I reduce?

    You need a couple years of bulking before you start a cycle. I don't see 240lbs but at 6'2" weight might be misleading

    I've been lifting for 8 years, 4-5 of which has been serious.
    I have been stuck in a strength and size rut for nearly a year. I am afraid I am reaching my genetic muscle potential as I am far larger in height and size than both parents and any family member. I understand that muscle growth may take much longer for those who have been training for long periods of time, but I am seeing little to no growth at all.
    Just looking for a bit of help with determining a proper, yet effective, cycle in the off-season.

    You look great and you have been patient thus far so why not be patient just a little longer, like three years to make sure you endocrine system if fully developed? If you insist on going forward there is an interesting conceptual outlook on the introduction of any substance into the body that mitigates risk and that concept is "start low and go slow". This would be a hybrid of waiting three more years where you just start with one compound to see how your body reacts to it and adjust accordingly when your done. Given the fact that you have never used PED the chances of you getting "effective" results, especially in light of your work ethic, are quite high.

    I assume you have read this sticky, My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle ? If you haven't take a look at it, it makes a lot of sense and remember the information these guys are giving you comes from experienced "elders" and we should always listen to our elders. Back in Black referred to some missing compounds in your stack and if you read that sticky you will see what he is referring to.

    Given the fact that you are indeed asking questions on this board indicates you don't have as much knowledge as you want to have or you wouldn't be asking questions. So, IMHO, slow down, read the sticky about first time cycles, consider the posts the guys have made above (the ones that are giving actual advice rather than attacking you) then make a decision.

    If you insist on going forward, follow the guidelines in that sticky, why risk it? There is no way you won't get effective results based on the protocol in the sticky, just look at the 1,241 responses to the sticky iteslf. Read it bro, slow down and make a more informed decision.

    I'm a newbie myself but 24 weeks seems way too long. You will be so shut down recovery would be a bitch

    Thanks for the reply Kirk. I suppose I was looking for something a little too powerful as only have 18 months left of eligibility. I will go through your sticky more again, this time far more thoroughly.

    1) I don't think you need more than 500mg for your first cycle.
    2) With that amount of test you may not need an AI, but having Dbol in it? You must use AI.
    3) dbol for bulking and winny for cutting, why?
    4) I'm pretty sure it can work for some, but at 3500-4000 cals a day?
    5) Nolva for gyno symptoms, not clomid.
    6) drop the coco puff, then you won't need clen .. lol

    Always run an AI
    Keep the Clomid for pct
    Drop the winny u can accomplish the same with the proper diet at the end of your cycle
    Drop the dbol ,
    @ 500 mg of test as long as your diet is in check you will grow like a weed , save the dbol for your next run , you will be glad you did
    12 weeks max first cycle , you will be more then pleased with your results
    Run a solid pct with nolva and Clomid .
    Carbs to protein should be a 2 to 1 ratio for solid strength and muscle gains , as it stands your protein is way to high your body will spend more energy turning your protein into carbs which is a waste . MAy the for e be with you .
