Should I get my natural gyno removed before doing my first cycle?
I was once 300lbs at 6'1. Today I am 210lbs. I have been training very hard and have now found the path of powerlifting, however from start to finish i have had an issue (which you can probably tell by the title) and that is naturally occurring gyno. I initially lost weight without weight training at all, went from 300-180 in little over a year. Since then I have gained considerable muscle and have gotten quite strong. I am by no means a bodybuilder and have no intentions to follow that route, but I would like a strong, muscular physique (much like Tom Hardy's Bane) and with my gyno that really isn't possible. I have been to a cosmetic doctor and he has confirmed that it is glandular. I wish to do a cycle of test to progress my lifts even further but i'm concerned that my gyno will really blow up. I do have the funds available for surgery and will do it once I have the opinions of steroid users. Should I get my natural gyno removed before doing my first cycle?
Thank you for reading, here are my transformation pictures.

You absolutley should! I've seen gyno happen quickly in situations like you're in. And its very difficult to reverse. You'll want to keep your AI going when you decide to blast, and have nolva on hand in case of a flare up. There is more probability of aromatase when bf% is on the high side as well. Great work on achieving what you have!

YES,,if its been a problem in the past I would take the opportunity to fix it. Trust me you will always be glad that you did.

If you don't you'll most likely regret it later but please remember to take an AI on cycle even after gyno surgery...

Being 19 years old I wouldn't recommend steroids . You are way too young.
I know there has been success in using Raloxifene in getting rid of pubertal gyno.
Might want to look into that first...

I agree with you should have it taken care of and also that you are way too young to cycle. But congrats on the body transformation!

Yes I advise u to do the surgery. I had it few years ago but my condition was a lot worse than yours. I do not regret it at all and I would do it again in a blink if I had too.
